So we had the phone for quite a while, it’s all in good condition after a screen repair. It eventually didn’t charge or found it very difficult to charge and we tried multiple chargers, ports and all.
So we changed the battery and the type c reciever so it’d charge. It charged once and now it won’t turn on or charge this new battery and we’re unsure what to do. Shall I just fit another battery? Or what should I do.
You might have received a poor quality charging port that went bad or a bad battery, since you replaced both it’s hard to tell which of the two without testing. If you still have the old working battery or port around you may want to try them, crossing old and new to understand what’s at fault.
