ipad air battery needed replacement. Ordered model number 1478 as that is what it is. battery came 1478…only trouble is when I looked at old battery and new ..positive and negative terminals are opposite ways around???? looked at few other batterys online and there all the same as new one. Say for example + -……where as old one is -+ ……can anybody tell me why this is please.
That doesn’t sound right. The best thing to do if you or someone you know has a multimeter is check the polarity to be sure as the +&- might have been stamped incorrectly.
