Chosen Solution
Hey, guys. First of all, I hope you can forgive my bad english. It isn’t my first language. So, I’ve bought this laptop some months ago, and some days ago I opened it for the first time to add RAM. But it seems to me that there’s something… well, unusual, on my battery, and I want to know if it’s a puncture, a dent deep enough to cause worry. I’m about to contact Acer, but maybe I’m being paranoid. I’m not computer-savvy enough to identify a damage like that by my own. What do you think? ++https://imgur.com/a/AAH6p1T

That’s just the plastic sticker, so that’s not an issue you need to worry about unless you are noticing other unusual issues with the battery. If it’s been fine, it may have been there for a while so I would not worry about it personally. Professionally I would let you know but also let you know I do not see any forseeable problems down the line. If you’re that worried go ahed and get it replaced but it’s not a major issue.
