Chosen Solution
First off Thank You! I have read thru a lot of this site and find it great. My imac is not banding like a see a lot of here be there are colorful patterns all over the screen. I’ve done the resets. I verified the disk. I’m currently zeroing out the drive and then I’m going to reinstall SL. Then I plan to restart holding D down. Any other suggestions? Thanks! Bob
Hook it up to an external monitor and see if the problem persists. If so the video card is the issue.
