Well maybe you can help me. The display on my iPad Pro 10.5” stays black even though the backlight is on. Sadly it is not displaying anything. The weird thing is that the backlight as well as the touch are still working (tested it with voice over). I already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the display cables. Do any of you have an idea how to fix this? Restore in iTunes didn‘t help either. Thanks
Hi @michael_r96 The only thing I can think of is some type of LCD failure or graphics issue with the logic board. If you have already removed the display to reconnect the cables, then you should order a replacement screen from a trusted source to see if it will fix your issue.
