Chosen Solution
So I took off the back panel to upgrade the ssd, however the clips that clip onto the panel at the bottom part near the hinge of the laptop don’t seem to be there anymore, so the panel is not clipping back on.. Is there anyway I can fix this? I’m unable to find the pieces that came off the laptop . TIA
Hi @md0902 , Here’s a link to the service manual for an XPS 13. On p.13 it says that the back cover is attached to the palm rest assembly. Here’s a picture of the back of an XPS 13 palm rest assembly, from this link
