When I turn on my speaker, there is a flashing blue light (meaning it’s searching for a bluetooth connection), but when I try to connect it to my phone, my phone doesn’t sense it and says connection unsuccessful
Have you tried connecting it to other devices? If not try connecting it to a different device.
Mine will no longer pair and play my google pixel 3. Worked fine until yesterday. It pairs and plays on wife’s iPhone
