Simple. If “BRAND. SPANKING. NEW.” take it back to shop you bought it from. There is no pont in trying to do anything as will probably void your warranty.
That’s normal for this laptop. Asus is aware of the problem and they are working towards software and bios updates. RegEdit will help but you be able to tweak power plan settings easily to lock the clocks and you can get way better acoustics and thermal performance.
