My ASUS F202E-CT148H laptop performance is very slow so, I am thinking to upgrade the 4GB 1333Mhz ram to 8GB i.e 4Gb in each slot. Will it increase the performance of my laptop ? Also which brand RAM will give good performance and Do I need to buy low voltage RAM or other. Please do share the link of RAM which I can buy online in India. Any inputs will be appreciate. Doubling your RAM would only produce a 20% to 33% speed increase. Your bottleneck is at your hard drive. Either switch to an SSHD or SSD hard drive, which would more than double your speed.
@avanteguarde Sorry for late reply and thanks a lot for your help. Which RAM and SDD I need to buy to upgrade ? I figured out that this ssd is compatible with my laptop , Please correct me if I am wrong ? RAM I am not sure, if you don’t mind can you please let me know the amazon.com US url for compatible RAM.
