Recently I got a used Samsung Galaxy S5 Active AT&T phone. Can I disable AT&T bloat, TouchWiz? I used recommendation to touch always for TW, After that, it said to clear defaults, but clearing defaults doesn’t work. It continues to pop up??? Is something else going on with phone? Any updates available for firmware or software?

Second of all, sadly you cannot disable those two features you mentioned without rooting your phone. Rooting is exceptionally risky as I have bricked at least 3 phones trying to root them (luckily they were phones given to me as hand-me-downs) and I would not advise trying to do this.
