I want to know if the batteries that iFixit sells are lithium- ion or another type of battery.
Yes, they are (: it says so on their casing.
Pretty sure any iPhone 4 and higher battery is currently lithium ion.
It would be impressive for anyone to come up with something other than that and still work.
