My tablet seemed like it over heated, tried to turn it off and it wouldn’t and then I finally was able to turn it off and now none of the apps are working and I can’t see any of my pictures or videos.
@aalsabbagh abdul abdul ,do a force close and then restart the app. you only need to send a report once and sending the report does not actually help you right away ,what it does is tells the apps maker that there may be a glitch in there app and then they repair the code in the app and send out an update . this can take a long time . So do a force close and restart the app and hope it works better . If no then uninstall the app and reinstall it .Hope this helps
