Chosen Solution
Dropped my Iphone 4 in the pool. Put in rice for a day and a half. Plugged it in and it shows the charge symbol showing its dead. Then it switches to the apple screen and thats it. It wont do anything esle. If I unplug it just goes back dead again. Im guessing at minimal I need a new battery. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
