So with Apple annoucning that they are intentionally slowing down older iphones because of aging batteries I have been getting a ton of customers asking me if replacing the battery will speed up their iphones again. I have to tell them I am not sure so I am here to ask all of you. Will replacing older iphone batteries speed their phones back up to normal speeds?
Have you noticed iFixits’ advertising on every question. spaced between the question and the answer? The one that says, New Battery = Faster iPhone? Believe it!
It may not speed them up, but it will extend the battery life.
