Hey, My iPhone 6 is stuck in a loop. The Apple logo appears, then the screen goes dark. I’ve tried restoring the phone through iTunes, but I keep getting error messages: Error 9 and Error 4013. Thoughts? Paul
iTunes restore error 9 and 4013 both point to a hardware fault on the phone. Usually it’s the NAND flash memory chip (large chip on board) at fault which is used to store all of the system firmware and data / storage on the phone. Did you buy / get the phone second hand like this? Or did it suddenly stop working for no apparent reason / after drop / software update / water damaged / just changed screen / other small parts inside / changed battery before?
