Chosen Solution
As soon i see this issue a went to itunes to Restore the phone and I got an error 9. But i pull of the screen to disconect and then put it back and it start doing the same. I press the Home+Start Button for 10 seconds and the phone start to run normaly fixed, but after like 20 minutes it start doing the same thing it went the Apple logo and the Blue/Ref screen once and once again. I dont wanna thing that is a Logic Board Damage.
Has it been repaired before? Water damaged? Why don’t you just warranty it?
Try the front camera and changing it out with a new one.
