They’re the same size and I always have a phone protector so no one can see I have a black phone. Can I use the screen for a white phone with a black phone? Well of course you can.

Hi, Most DVD drives have a small pinhole in the front , just under the tray. Insert and press an opened paperclip or similar sized pin into the hole. The tray should open far enough for you to grab hold of it an gently pull it the whole way out and retrieve the disc....

No, you can’t change the eMMC storage drive in this tablet/netbook. It is soldered to the motherboard, so unless you are really comfortable with soldering and can solder extremely tiny connections, it is not possible. You do have other options though....

I took the necessary steps, turned it off, took the battery out, took it back into the warehouse that I work at with a coworker and got out as much liquid as possible and left it to dry. When I turned it on, everything booted and so far the only casualties that have been were the superdrive, LED lighting in the back of the keyboard and now the fans are starting to get a little noisy....

Chosen Solution I have not used this Dremel tool in some years. The Collet Nut is frozen to the shaft and cannot be loosened to insert bits. How can I loosen this? Short of replacing the entire shaft? I have already soaked the part in coke and it has not loosened. Chosen Solution For some reason ever since the update to iOS 11.2.5, my JBL Connect + app (that previously worked fine) no longer works. It now starts on a screen that directs me to turn on the Bluetooth on my iPhone X, despite it already being turned on and paired with the speaker. No matter which order I do things in (I’ve tried turning off Bluetooth and then starting it when the Connect + app asks for it, but it still doesn’t think I have Bluetooth turned on)....

Chosen Solution The cup of the magic NutriBullet is stuck to the base , can’t remove it Just unstuck my nutribullet cup from base. One of the lips of cup went under white actuator. All I did was to use a small flat tip screwdriver turned the cup to make sure lip was directly under actuator, place screwdriver beside actuator and pry cup away from base lifting lip back over actuator....

Chosen Solution I messed up the adhesive strips so I cannot use them. Can I install the battery without the strips until new ones arrive? Yes, you can, but you risk damaging other components in the phone or the new battery cables. The risk of the battery moving and causing problems is slight, but there is always a chance. I would suggest waiting until the adhesive comes. Use the orange colour double sided tape :)...

Chosen Solution I recently replaced my battery with the kit sold here on iFixIt. I have a 17” MBP Mid-2009 and have tried an SMC and PRAM reset without any change in behavior. I’m wondering if I need to get a replacement battery for my replacement battery, or if there is something I overlooked? Any help is appreciated. Chosen Solution my boss bought a phone some time last year and about 2 months ago it stopped working. turns out Optus blocked the IMEI number and refused to tell my boss why. he bought this phone 2nd hand of a guy some time last year and it was working for a few months. And sadly my boss bought it with cash so he has no proof of perches. as far as i read there is no way to get them to unblock the IMEI, which is really really dumb....
